Serenity names Nate Wilson chief revenue officer

Serenity, a HIPAA-compliant technology platform focused on improving the experience and economics of aging, has appointed Nate Wilson as its new chief revenue officer.
Wilson will oversee Serenity’s revenue strategy and execution, and lead efforts to expand the company’s presence in the senior care industry.
He brings more than a decade of leadership experience in healthcare and senior living, beginning his career in home health and hospice before becoming a licensed nursing home administrator with Signature HealthCare.
Wilson later led operations for a resident engagement company and, most recently, scaled the Non-Acute Sales team at HealthStream, the nation’s largest healthcare learning management organization.
“Serenity is tackling one of the toughest challenges in senior care by breaking down silos across processes, providers and technology,” Wilson said. “Joining this team is an opportunity to take everything I’ve worked toward in healthcare and scale it to directly improve life for older adults and the people who care for them.”
Alongside Wilson’s appointment, Cory Meyer, who previously served as chief revenue officer, will move into the newly created role of chief experience officer. In that position, Meyer will focus on customer relationships, community partnerships and improving experiences for providers, seniors and families.
Wilson’s appointment comes during a period of significant growth for Serenity. Over the past 18 months, the company has expanded rapidly as it works to modernize communication, workflows and outcomes across senior care.
“Nate brings a rare combination of hands-on senior care experience and a proven ability to lead and scale sales,” said Serenity CEO Katherine Wells. “With Nate guiding revenue and Cory elevating the customer experience, Serenity is well-positioned to deliver measurable impact across the senior care ecosystem.”
